What standard is the program based on?
Compliant with TS EN ISO 14064-1. The aim is to establish the capacity to produce a verifiable corporate carbon footprint report in-house.
What is the duration and format?
The typical flow is 8 weeks. Weekly mentor meetings, hands-on workshops and mid-term submissions.
Who is responsible for data collection and input?
Data is collected and entered by the organization. The mentor provides methodology, control and quality assurance.
Which scopes are covered?
Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 categories appropriate for your organization are discussed. Boundaries and materiality are initially clarified.
Is education included in this program?
Yes. Methodology, data proofing, reporting and basic carbon management trainings are integrated with mentoring.
What tools and processes are used to manage it?
The entire flow is managed with CimpactPro MENTOR 360. Project plan, checklists, training records and version tracking are kept in one place.
What are the final deliverables?
ISO 14064-1 compliant report, declaration form, Green Roadmap, GAP Analysis and training materials are delivered.
How does privacy and authorization work?
Confidentiality agreement is in place. Authorization matrix, approval and version tracks are standard.
Can we get verification and certification?
A set of files ready for verification is created at the end of the program. Internal traceability records are ready.
Is there post-program support?
KPI set and roadmap are given at the closing. Follow-up sessions and Q&A office hours are optional.
