Frequently Asked Questions
Are trainings online or face-to-face?
All your trainings can be offered both online and face-to-face; the format is clarified together according to the organization's calendar, the distribution of participants and the level of interactive needs. In online sessions, question-answer and practice breaks are planned to keep interaction high; in face-to-face sessions, short workshops that strengthen inter-team work are preferred.
How are training periods planned?
Duration is determined by scope, level and intensity of implementation. Your portfolio already includes short programs of half a day and 3 hours, and comprehensive sessions of 1 day and 1-2 days, which can be combined in a modular format according to the needs of the institution.
Is a certificate of participation provided?
Yes. All programs provide participants with a digital (preferably) or printed certificate of attendance upon request.
What is the language of instruction; are materials shared?
The language of instruction can be Turkish or English depending on demand. This preference may result in a price change. At the end of the session, presentation files, templates and helpful documents for practice will be shared; if necessary, a list of terms and short reading suggestions will be added.
Do you make sector-specific adaptations?
Description. Examples, exercises and discussion questions are tailored to the dynamics of your industry, so that the training outcomes are directly linked to in-house practice.
Is there any preparation required before the training?
Preparation is kept minimalist. Sharing existing strategy, process and key data summaries (if available) will make the examples part of the training more relevant to your organization.
How many groups are ideal?
Medium-sized groups (12-24) are recommended for interaction and feedback quality. In larger groups, efficiency is maintained through topic-based sub-sessions and role-based task allocations.
Can senior management and operations teams attend the same session?
Yes, even recommended. When decision points are discussed with senior management and data and application flows are discussed with operations teams in the same environment, internal ownership and coordination accelerates.
Are there workshops and practice content?
Most programs are hands-on in nature, with participants practicing "how to" on realistic examples. For example, method application, checklist creation and audit trail logic are typical practical areas covered in the trainings.
What outputs do we get at the end of the training?
At the end of each training, a short executive summary, relevant templates and sample documents are shared for internal use. Checklists to accelerate implementation steps and a "roadmap framework" are also delivered in appropriate trainings.
How is follow-up and progress assessment done?
A progress review is usually recommended 30-60 days after the training; in some contexts a weekly follow-up of a 90-day plan and a monthly status meeting approach is also used. In this way, training outputs are linked to real business results.
Do you support the establishment of internal working groups?
Yes. At the end of the training, roles and responsibilities for the core team are clarified, thus increasing internal coordination and speed of decision-making.
How are organizational data and sample documents handled during training?
The priority is to work with sample data sets and templates. If institutional data is to be used, the scope of sharing is limited by considering privacy sensitivities. In addition, audit-ready filing and versioning approaches are taught to protect data integrity.
How to manage if participants have different levels of prior knowledge?
At the beginning of the program, the basic concepts are briefly balanced on a common ground, so that the pace is efficient for both beginners and experienced participants. Advanced needs are supported by Q&A and additional materials.
Are we given summary documents that we can quickly use in internal communication?
Description. A short one-page document in executive summary format and a set of visual templates are shared; this package saves time in internal briefing and approval processes.
How are training fees and planning determined?
The proposal is created by clarifying the duration (half day, 3 hours, 1 day, 1-2 days), format (online/face-to-face) and scope of adaptation. The final planning is done jointly according to the organizational calendar and resource availability.
Is it possible to combine different training topics into a single program?
Possible. Since most of the topics in your portfolio have similar formats and durations, a package can be designed in consecutive or parallel modules according to the needs of the organization, adding a hands-on session and follow-up interview where necessary.
